Terms & Conditions

We deliver our products in temperature controlled freezer trucks, so you can be assured that you'll receive your order in tip top condition, ready to be enjoyed immediately or stored in your freezer. 

Please note that given the perishable nature of ice cream products, all sales are final. We encourage all customers to take due care to inspect the completeness and quality of their order at the time of delivery.

Once you (or a third party representing you) have received and signed for your delivery, we are unable to exchange, refund or otherwise amend your order.

Cancellations may be made with at least 2 business days notice. If there is less than 2 business days notice and your order has not yet been shipped, there will be a 50% cancellation fee. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
