    Yes, we can customise both products and set up (eg, ice cream cart or scoop station) with your branding or design.

  • What is your minimum order for customised packaging?

    We can customise as little as 30 ice cream sandwiches or cups.

  • Are there any discounts for large orders?

    Yes, we offer discounts for events catering to 100 pax or more. Please contact us for details.

  • How far in advance should I book an event that needs customisation services?

    It depends on the complexity and scale of your event. For events catering to less than 500 people, with simple customisation we need 3-5 business days notice. For larger events or more customised and elaborate solutions we will require more time. Please contact us with specific questions.

  • Can I customise ice cream flavours?

    Yes, we offer customisation of both ice cream sandwich and ice cream cups or tubs subject to minimum order quantities. This varies based on the complexity and requirements of each individual flavour. Contact us for more details.

  • Can I print my logo onto a cookie or ice cream itself (not just on the packaging)?
