General Delivery Information
We deliver Monday to Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
The minimum order required for delivery is $40, and we offer free delivery for orders over $60.
There is a two business day lead time required for orders. Eg, if you place your order on Monday, the earliest delivery would be Wednesday. If there is high order volume and all delivery slots are full already, you will only be able to select the next day that is available upon checkout.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I forgot about my delivery and wasn't there to receive it - what happens?
You will always receive a confirmation e-mail to help you remember your delivery. We will call you upon arrival if we are unable to find you. If you happen to be out or unable to receive the order and did not inform us at least 1 business day in advance, re-delivery within our standard time slots is $8.
I need to change my delivery date or time. What should I do?
Please reply to your order confirmation e-mail, or call 62824680 during business hours to change delivery dates or times. We request that changes be made by 12PM on the business day before your delivery.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes, you may pick up your order between Monday to Saturday, 9am-4pm from our factory located at Pandan Loop.
