Many think that ice cream requires a long time to thaw – which isn't true at all. In fact, on the contrary, thawing for too long would result in ice cream that is much too soft and watery – making it more messy and tedious to slice.
This September marks 5 years since our very first ice cream sandwich: a scoop of vanilla bean gelato with choc chip cookies. How time flies— we're happy to say that our products have found their way to gourmet grocers, music festivals, cafes, and even your freezer.
We're excited to welcome Pint Society to our ICC family. Pint Society began as Singapore's first monthly ice cream subscription service, where subscribers would receive two pints of a brand new flavour delivered to their doorstep each month.
