Let's Make: an Açaí Bowl
How to make a dairy-free açaí bowl using our Açaí berry sorbet.
- 1 banana
- A splash of oat milk (or other milk of your choice)
- Mixed berries (or fruit of your choice)
- 1 scoop of ICC Acai Berry Sorbet
- 1 scoop of ICC Tropical Coconut sorbet
- Blend the Acai Berry Sorbet, bananas and oat milk until smooth
- Layer the acai berry mix with the fruit and granola
- Top with a scoop of Tropical Coconut Sorbet
